For lunch we have

On THURSDAY there will be a very important informational meeting for all athletes regarding the start of the track and field season in two weeks. We will meet in the auditorium at noon. Practice and meet information will be covered. See any track and field coach if you have questions: Harley, McNabb, Olstedt, or Pinkstaff.

We will be having a food drive to support Columbia County food bank this week. Donations of food and funds are accepted. See John Kavulich near the cafeteria.

The deadline for ordering your 2018 Yearbook is February 28th. You can order them online at yearbookforever.com or with Jami in the main office. You don't want to miss out on our End-of-the-Year BBQ Signing event. That's yearbookforever.com to order yours today!

This Friday is our first Doernbecher event.. Come to the basketball game on Friday and support Doernbecher. Leadership students will have booths available and all profits go to Doernbecher. Some of the booths will include puppy petting, baked potato bar, buffalo wild wings, pizza vendor, a half-time shootout, face painting, henna, italian soda bar, krispykreme, bake sales, raffles, senior faces on a stick, and more! There is also a black light dance following the game for $5! Bring money, support Doernbecher!

Scappoose High students are especially desired for the week of April 22nd – 27th at Camp Cedar Ridge, when the Otto Peterson sixth-graders will be attending Outdoor School. Any week works if that week won’t work for your schedule. A training for new Student Leaders will occur in the cafeteria on Tuesday, March 20th from 3:45 – 7:00 PM. Other trainings are available in St Helens and the Portland area if you can’t make it on March 20th. For sign-up cards see the Counseling Office or visit www.nwoutdoorschool.org . You can earn two college credits for a week as a Student Leader!
